What markets are eligible for NewAge Great Escape: Tahitian Dream?

All markets are eligible.


How do I qualify? When does the qualification period end?

There are two ways to qualify for NewAge Great Escape: Tahitian Dream:

1. Advance, Maintain + Grow

By advancing their title and earning at that title a specific number of times as outlined below:

Officer

Achieve Officer title and earn at that level two more times during the qualification period (four more times to bring a partner).

Senior Officer + Above

Achieve Senior Officer title or above and earn at that level one more time during the qualification period (two more times to bring a partner).

2. Accumulate + Redeem Business Credits

Brand Partners can accumulate credits throughout the qualification period and redeem 540,000 BCs for a hotel and land package for one in a shared room, including airfare to and from Tokyo’s Narita International Airport ,NRT, or Los Angeles International Airport, LAX, plus up to $750 USD airfare credit for connecting flights.

Note: Brand Partners must grow their total Payline Volume at least 5% compared with the same period immediately prior to the promotion period. (i.e. Weeks 32/2021 – 09/2022 compared with Weeks 10/2022 – 39/2022).

When can I redeem my BCs?

Brand Partners qualified to join the incentive trip through BCs can redeem them from 12:01 a.m. CST April 4, 2022 until 11:59 p.m. CST October 5, 2022 at rewards.NewAge.com.


How do I know if I qualify for the incentive trip in 2022?

Brand Partners qualified to join the incentive trip through ‘Advance, Maintain + Grow’ will be notified by your local Recognitions + Incentives Team.


Once I’ve been notified that I’ve earned the trip, how do I register and RSVP?

Brand Partners qualified to join the incentive trip through ‘Advance, Maintain + Grow’ must confirm and register through the online registration system, details of which will be provided by your local Recognition + Incentives Team. If you have not received an email invitation by October 3, 2022, please reach out via email to your local Recognitions + Incentives Team. We ask that you provide as many answers to the registration questions as you can. It will help us provide a wonderful experience for you and your guest, should you bring one.


If I don’t have the BCs required to join, can I still attend?

For Brand Partners using BCs to join, a minimum of 405,000 BCs is required and up to a maximum of 25% of the trip may be paid with cash ($1250 USD).


What is the deadline to RSVP?

Trip earners through ‘Advance, Maintain + Grow’ are required to RSVP for the trip and confirm the airport of departure (NRT or LAX) by October 5, 2022; otherwise, space is not guaranteed. There is limited availability and NewAge will work on a first-come, first-served basis.


What happens if I cannot attend?

If you cannot attend — though we sincerely hope you can — you will forfeit the trip. The trip is non-transferable and has no cash value.


What happens if I confirm that I am coming and then need to cancel?

NewAge must receive notification of any cancellations for NewAge Great Escape: Tahitian Dream by October 16, 2022. Any trip earner who qualifies using the ‘Advance, Maintain + Grow’ method who cancels after this date will be charged a cancellation fee of $1,300 USD per person via eWallet deduction. Should your eWallet not have enough funds for the full deduction at once, it will be reduced by whatever amount is available until the full amount has been deducted. Should you confirm that you are attending and not show up, the same process applies.


What happens if I do not confirm that I’m coming, and I show up anyway?

We want to give you the pampering you deserve! To do that, we must know in advance that you are coming so we can arrange the proper accommodations for you. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee accommodations or participation for those who choose to attend without providing an RSVP by the date listed above.


What if I want to bring an additional guest(s), but I only qualified for a trip for one?

While we encourage every member of NewAge to work toward joining us on our incentive trips, we can only grant you the specified trip(s) you earned through the Recognitions + Incentives promotion. We do welcome additional guests within certain guidelines outlined in our Guest Policy. If you’d like to bring an additional guest within these guidelines, please let us know before the deadlines listed here, and according to the details outlined in the policy document. Trip earners may redeem an additional 540,000 BCs to include a guest or, alternatively, a minimum of 270,000 BCs must be redeemed and a maximum of 50% of the trip may be paid with cash ($2500 USD).

Do I need a visa or passport?

It is your responsibility to check with your local embassy or your trip destination embassy to determine whether a visa is needed and whether there is a cost associated. If you need to request a visa letter, please email your local Recognitions + Incentives Team, who can help complete this task.

What happens if I did not get the proper travel documents (such as a visa) or do not have the appropriate passport documentation and am denied boarding of my flight?

The proper travel documents are your responsibility. Should you not procure the appropriate travel documents and are denied boarding and not able to attend the trip, you will forfeit the value of the trip as well as your airfare voucher and the cancellation fee will apply.

How are flights booked?

Once you’ve submitted your RSVP and your attendance is confirmed, you are responsible for booking your own roundtrips flights to and/or from NRT or LAX. We recommend booking as early as possible to get the best rates!

The Recognitions + Incentives Team will be responsible for booking the roundtrip international air from NRT or LAX (as the case may be) to Faa’a International Airport (PPT), as shown below. Make sure to confirm the airport of your choice while submitting your RSVP. 

We remind you that the flight from Tokyo is exclusively for participants coming from Asia and that the flight from Los Angeles is for Europe and America.

How and when will I receive my flight voucher for my flights?

Once you have booked your flight, please send the receipt(s) to your local Recognitions + Incentives Team. Reimbursements can take up to 30 days after the close of the trip and are only issued to Brand Partners who attended the trip.

How much will I be reimbursed for my flight?

We will reimburse you the value of the earned airfare voucher listed on our policy or the value of your flights, whichever is lowest. Reimbursements will be issued 30 days after the close of the trip, after you have sent the receipt(s) to your local Recognitions + Incentives Team. While we know business class can be tempting, should you choose to purchase a ticket priced higher than the value of your voucher, you will be responsible for the difference.

Are airport transfers provided?

Ground transportation for trip earners between the airport and hotel will be provided roundtrip. Transfers will only be provided on the main arrival and departure dates. Should you choose to arrive earlier or stay later, transfers will not be provided.

What happens if NewAge cancels or postpones NewAge Great Escape: Tahitian Dream?

While we never expect to cancel or postpone any of our trips, unforeseen circumstances can arise. You must purchase your own travel insurance (at your own cost) prior to attending the trip to cover any costs that you may incur related to the trip, for amongst other things, flight cancellations. NewAge will not reimburse any out-of-pocket costs that a Brand Partner incurs for themselves or their guests should a trip be cancelled or postponed. By submitting your RSVP, you are accepting this term.

Could I extend my stay or change my return airport?

You may be able to extend your stay by contacting the InterContinental Papeete Resort & Spa directly. Brand Partners are responsible for booking their own roundtrip flights to LAX airport or NRT airport (as the case may be). You may be able to change the date of your roundtrip flight to PPT with Air Tahiti Nui only.
Note: NewAge will not cover insurance, accommodations or meals on any additional days.

What do I have included?
All Brand Partners will have included the following items in their incentive trip:

  • Airfare credit of up to $750 USD for connecting flights
  • Roundtrip international air from NRT or LAX (as the case may be)
  • Local ground transportation
  • Inter-island transport by passenger ferry
  • Accommodations in a shared room with double occupancy
  • Visit to the noni plantation + SOS Village
  • Most of the meals included. Please refer to the ‘Are All Meals Included?’ section of this FAQ.

  • Motu picnic, snorkeling excursion, island tour and more

Where will I be staying?
NewAge Great Escape: Tahitian Dream has two hotels: InterContinental Pape’ete Resort + Spa and Hilton Mo’orea Lagoon Resort + Spa. Check the website relating to your trip and keep an eye on your email account for information about your hotel arrangements. But, have no doubt, you’ll be staying in style.

Could I have a single room instead?
You may request a single room occupancy, but approval will be subject to availability. An additional fee of 201,960 BCs or $1,870 USD will also be applied.

Will there be guides who speak my language?
We will provide in-language guides based on country attendance, depending on availability. We will also have plenty of NewAge staff on hand to help you with your questions.

Are all meals included?
Breakfast will be included at the hotel every day, so be sure not to skip the most important meal of the day! There will be at least one lunch and one dinner where you will be on your own to explore the city and eat where you’d like, so we recommend bringing cash for these meals.

When will I know what we will be doing during the week?
As we finish planning your getaway, make sure to regularly check the website pertaining to your trip for a full itinerary. Once you arrive at your hotel, you can pick up a printed itinerary at the hospitality desk, where a NewAge member will be present.

Who do I ask if I have questions when I arrive?
Someone assigned to our group will be at the hospitality desk at the hotel to answer your questions.

What should I pack, and is there a dress code?
We recommend casual attire for the entire trip. For women, daytime wear usually consists of swimsuits, pareo (wraparound skirt) and sandals. Sun dresses, shorts and slacks are also worn. Dress heels and cocktail attire are not worn. For men, daytime wear usually consists of shorts, lightweight shirts and sandals. In the evenings, shoes and slacks are acceptable.

You may also want to pack:
  • Clothing appropriate for an average temperature of 85°F (29.4°C)
  • Lightweight layers for cooler evenings
  • Rain protection
  • Comfortable walking shoes
  • Water shoes (such as Tevas)
  • Sun hat
  • Sunscreen
  • Sunglasses
  • Bug repellent
